One way to improve your experience and performance on the bike is to have your bike professionally fit to your body. Taking precise measurements of you on your bike, a professional fitter can make minor tweaks to your bike setup, like adjustments to seat/handlebar height and position, that can help you in a major way!
Registered CT Challenge riders get a free bike fitting on Tuesday, July 12th, from 5:00 – 7:00 pm at Smart Cycle in Norwalk. 300 Strawberry Hill Avenue; (203)831-9144.
Dr. Rob Zembroski, Director of Darien Center Integrative Medicine will be on site to offer input on gait analysis as well as nutrition.
Get your CT Challenge weekend started with a little carbo-loading.
