Training for Your Ride

We encourage all CT Challenge riders to be physically prepared for the challenge they will undertake. To help you with that, we offer indoor cycling and outdoor training rides (once the weather turns). Keep an eye on the Calendar of Events in the Community section of the website. All training rides will be posted there.

Indoor Cycling—You’re Invited
Registered riders can participate in indoor cycling classes at the Mission Training Center at 250 Pequot Ave. in Southport, CT. They are held Saturday mornings at 10 AM, Mondays at 6:30 PM and Thursdays at 5:30 PM. Space is limited and advance registration is required. Registered Road Warriors can spin for free. All others pay a $10 drop-in fee.

Outdoor Training Rides
As soon as the weather turns, we will offer outdoor training rides for cyclists of varying levels including beginner, intermediate and experienced. We will post all outdoor training rides on our Calendar of Events in the Community section of the website so keep an eye on that.
