CT Challenge Outdoor Spin

The CT Challenge Outdoor Spin is for you if:

  • …you may not feel comfortable on a road bike
  • …you enjoy spinning as a workout
  • …you have been actively engaged in regular physical exercise and are currently in good physical condition

Time on the outdoor spin bike: 1 hour

  • There are three one-hour time slots available per spin bike. CT Challenge spin participants riding in the first time slot will report to the Spin Tent*  immediately following Ride sendoff remarks on Saturday, July 27th, while road riders line up to be released to their chosen route.
  • If you choose to spin in the second or third hour, please report to the Spin Tent* 10 minutes prior to the start of your segment.
  • Spin participants receive the same benefits as road riders.
  • Spinners may participate solo or as part of a team. Teams may be combinations of road riders and spinners.
Fundraising Commitment
  • All riders, including spinners, commit to an individual fundraising minimum regardless of whether they are riding on a team or not.
