Training for Your Ride

We encourage all CT Challenge riders to be physically prepared for the challenge they will undertake. To help you with that, we offer indoor cycling.

Indoor Cycling—You’re Invited

Registered riders can participate in indoor cycling classes at the Mission Training Center at 250 Pequot Ave. in Southport, CT. They are held Saturday mornings at 10 AM, Mondays at 6:30 PM and Thursdays at 5:30 PM. Space is limited and advance registration is required. Registered Road Warriors can spin for free. All others pay a $10 drop-in fee.
